Barbara McAlister
Partner / Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, Barbara is responsible for the
firm's accounting functions. A primary duty is to ensure
the firm's accounting practices are in accordance with our
contracts. She makes sure billing and consultant payments
meet the expectations of our clients. She prepares monthly
and annual financial statements, assists in the preparation
of federal tax returns, prepares payroll and payroll tax returns.
Acting as a liaison both internally and externally, she interacts
with our clients, consultants, shareholders, banking officers
and public accounting firm. As the Administrative Supervisor,
Barbara ensures that the Office Standards are maintained to
enable the most efficient flow of production through the office. She participates in management committees tasked with corporate-wide initiatives.
