Kathy Arsenault, AIA

Kathy is a registered architect holding a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of South Florida. She brings extensive experience to the firm in education, including new LEED certified schools as well as renovations. She also brings experience in higher education institutions including campus master planning and residence hall design as well as community recreation centers, interior design and build out of commercial and healthcare spaces. Kathy believes that a building and its spaces must first meet the needs of its users, but at the same time should create interest and be a reflection of its time. Kathy also holds an undergraduate degree in Business and manages the finances of the firm.
